Of course – but we’re more than that, we make tech that keeps the planet running too

Yes, we are engineers and engineers only (we like labels)

We sure hope they do, because you’ll be expected to get creative with your problem-solving skills

Of course they do, we’ll always encourage you to step up and voice your ideas

In fact, our apprentices are so creative that both of the above are true

Rolls-Royce is a strictly UK-only brand.

Yep, home sweet home, based in Derby, with offices across the UK

No, we’re cultured, we’ve got offices across Europe too

We’re in 50 countries with customers in 150 countries, so I think you’ll find we’re ‘global’

Apprenticeships are for people who don’t do well at school.

No, you have to have really good GCSE results to do an apprenticeship

Yeah, it’s an easy option if you fail your exams. You don’t even have to interview

Actually, we accept students of all abilities, including grade A students

Question 7

Apprenticeships are just for plumbers.

Which is why our pipes are never blocked

No, at Rolls-Royce we make futuristic tech (and even robots) that change the world

Actually, you can do carpentry apprenticeships as well…

Nothing in life is ever free – least of all apprenticeships.

Of course you have to pay to do an apprenticeship, but that’s the price of getting qualifications

Yeah but we offer grants to help you pay for it (you’ll have to pay us back though)

Actually, not only are they free – apprentices earn money as they work and study
